Munay Karpay: Rites of the Sacred Healer’s Path Initiation

Following the ancestral rituals of the Andean Priests, we will call the most important Sacred Spirits of nature and begin the opening of the Great Love "Munay,” which is the piece that can free us from selfishness and give us greater compassion for everything that lives and dies in the Universe. This is the first important step in preparing for and becoming a strong male healer "Inka Paqo" or a strong female healer "Inka Paqo Ñusta.” Our Heart is the most powerful energy center. It is our instrument to continue being humble and to help all our brothers and sisters with patience and joy in what is still confusing and frightening to them.

  1. The power of the empowered word "Rimay,” to invoke the energy and gifts of the Sacred Mountains "Apus" and Mother Earth "Pachamama." Each mountain and each lagoon has a personality, a distinctive vibration and a unique gift that the initiate will be able to sense and use. This ability to invoke the Spirits of Nature will develop stronger and stronger in each Initiation "Karpay" that the initiate receives.

  2. The opening of the seven eyes or energy centers "Ñahuis" to see beyond reason.

  3. The integration of the "Munay," which is the force of love and is connected to our heart, the "Yachay" which is the force of knowledge and is connected to the head, and the "Llankay," which is the force of work and that is connected to the belly.

  4. The possibility to cultivate a relationship of respect and of ritual exchange with the "Los Abuelos Apus" and Las Abuelas "Ñustas," who for the Andean world are beings that have life and character.

  5. The ability to cultivate the Inca seed "Inca Muju", to maintain a life in the law of universal reciprocity "Ayni," and to achieve spiritual awakening in his life path "Qhapaq Ñan."

  6. The ability to heal, understand and balance the "Poqpo" energy bubble in oneself and in people who request it. And thus achieve the highest degrees of refinement of energy "Sami."

  7. It will make you a "Paqo Pampamesayoq" healer who masters the rites that allow communication between the 3 worlds: "Hanan Pacha" world above, "Kay Pacha" world of the here and now, "Ucju Pacha" world below and within.

  8. And finally, the initiate will become a Light for the whole world and "Guardian Of The Earth And Ocean Spirits"

Munay-Ki: Rites to Wisdom & Power Initiation

The prophecies of the ancient Americas describe this era as one of profound transformation, where individuals can make a significant impact. They predict the emergence of a new kind of human—wise, powerful, fearless, and committed to stewardship of all creation.

The Munay-Ki are nine rites of initiation designed to transform individuals into wise and powerful stewards of creation. Common to all shamanic traditions, these rites vary in form across cultures but originate from the first Earthkeepers 30,000 years ago.

The Munay-Ki transform and upgrade one’s luminous energy field; they are energetic transmissions that heal the wounds of karmic and genetic inheritance, protects from negative energies, and supports bringing healing into the world.

The Foundation Rites:

The Seers Rite - Kawak - practiced in many different forms among the North Coast peoples of Peru, (the descendants of the Chimu and Moche cultures), and by the seers and trackers of the Amazon. This rite awakens the inner seer by forming extra pathways of light that connect to the visual cortex of the brain. This enhances your ability to see beyond the literal level and into the invisible world of energy.

The Harmony Rite - Ayni Karpay - comes from the lowland Q’ero, the Huachipayre people from the edge of the Amazon. This rite connects you to the seven archetypal healers that encourage and assist you along your healing path. These are seeds that are placed in each chakra and assist with the clearing of heavy energies.

The Healers Rite - Hampe Mesa - known as the Hampe blessing and comes from the highland Q’ero people. This rite connects you to a lineage of ancient healers and Shamans from the past. These beings work with you to heal yourself and others.

The Bands of Power - Chumpis - five luminous energy belts are woven into your energy field for protection. These act as a filter to break down any heavy energy and transform them into light to nourish the energy field.

  1. Yana Wara – Earth

  2. Puka Chumpi – Water

  3. Qori Chumpi – Fire

  4. Qolque Chumpi – Air

  5. Kulli Chumpi – Pure Light

a. the right eye (Pana nawi) - mystical and communication to the spirit worlds

b. the left eye, (Lloque nawi) - magical side of tradition

c. between left and right eye (Qanchis nawi) - links to the Divine

The Lineage Rites:

The Day Keepers Rite - Pampa Mesa Yok - known among the Q’ero as the Pampamesayok, referring to the lowlands and valleys of the ‘pampa’, and to the mesa or altar. This rite connects you to a lineage of Laika Master Healers from the past. These beings were traditionally medicine women, midwives and herbalists. These represent and connect you to the divine feminine.

The Wisdom Keepers Rite - Alto Mesa Yok - known among the Q’ero as the Altomesayok rite, referring to the high mountains of the Andes. Don Manuel Quispe was the last great Altomesayok of Q’ero. This rite connects you to a lineage of luminous warriors and medicine men and women from the past and future. These represent and connect you to your inner masculine.

The Earth Keepers Rite - Kurak Akuyek - known among the Q’ero as the Kurak Akuyek rite, referring to the elder who ‘masticates’ the wisdom to nurture the young ones who follow. This rite connects you to a lineage of archangels and guardians of the galaxies and our solar system. This rite is about stewardship to the earth and will set your spirit free.

The Rites of Time To Come:

The Star Keepers Rite - Mosok Karpay - known as the Mosoq Karpay, which means the ‘new rite’ in the Qechua language. This rite announces and prepares one for the ‘time to come.’ The structure of Inca cosmology goes from the Earth (Pachamama) to the Mountains (Apu) to the Stars. This rite is known for re-coding your DNA, slowing down the aging process and allowing you to become more resilient to disease and decay.

The Creator Rite - Taitanchis Rantis - known as the Taitanchis rite. The word Taitanchis literally translates as ‘God.’ This rite awakens the creator within you by connecting you to divine source. The rite will change the way you perceive yourself and the world around you whilst providing further insight on how you can dream your world into being.

Once you have received these rites, they will act as seeds that you will need to nourish and grow in order to fully integrate these into your being. They will provide you with a tremendous amount of opportunity to accelerate your spiritual evolution.

The Pleiadian star cluster (aka the Seven Sisters) is considered to be the home of the Inkan ancestors. With each star having its own frequency of light and a separate blessing, the Rites create roads of energy (leylines) between Pleiades and the initiate’s corresponding chakras.

The transmissions and empowerments of the Qotukuna Karpay reconnect us with ancient abilities and intelligence, wake up our intuition, and help to protect both Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants.
